You can browse without a company account. The contact composer prepares an email for you to send. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers to this website.
About this notice
VelocityFlow Automations LLC operates this company website and is responsible for the business correspondence we receive. This notice explains what information is handled, why, and how to contact us about it. It does not describe the practices of any separate software product.
The website does not offer company accounts, payments, newsletter sign-up, or a server-side contact form. If you visit a restricted preview, the hosting platform may require its own sign-in; that is separate from an account with VelocityFlow.

Preparing and sending an email
The contact composer prepares a message; it does not send one. Choosing “Open email draft” passes your entries to your configured email application. You can review, edit, or discard the draft there.
Email sent to support@velocityflowautomations.com is received and stored in our company Google Workspace mailbox. We use the information you send to understand and respond to your inquiry, follow up on the conversation, and maintain relevant business records.
Earlier company correspondence may remain in our previous Gmail inbox until deleted under the retention policy below. The same inquiry-retention policy applies to both mailboxes.
Sending a message is optional. Provide only what is needed for your inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information in an initial message. Your own email provider may also store drafts and sent messages under its policies.
Motion and browser storage
The site can remember whether you pause motion using your browser’s session storage. This stores only a play or pause preference, with no contact information. You can change it with the site’s motion control or remove it using your browser’s site-data controls.
The website does not store contact drafts in cookies or browser storage, and does not intentionally preserve them across page loads. Your browser may offer its own autofill or page-restoration features.
We do not add advertising cookies, analytics tools, or third-party cross-site tracking to this website. The application does not sell visitor information or share it for targeted advertising. Because it does not perform this tracking, its behavior does not change in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Hosting and sign-in services may use their own cookies or similar technologies, as explained in their notices.
Hosting, service providers, and sharing
The website’s files, fonts, and images are delivered through OpenAI Sites. Its hosting and delivery infrastructure, including Cloudflare, processes network requests and may keep logs for operation, security, and abuse prevention. A restricted preview may also involve OpenAI account and authentication information.
Our current service providers are:
- OpenAI — website hosting and, for restricted previews, access and sign-in services.
- Cloudflare — underlying website delivery and security infrastructure.
- Google Workspace — receiving and storing current company correspondence. Google separately explains its handling of service and account information in its Cloud Privacy Notice.
- Google / Gmail — storing any retained legacy company correspondence in our previous inbox.
These providers handle information needed to deliver their services. Their notices explain their own processing, including service logs, security records, and account information. They may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
We may disclose relevant correspondence when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or where necessary to protect legal rights or investigate abuse. Email applications and external websites you choose to use have their own privacy practices.
How long information is kept
- Unsent website drafts: the composer holds your entries in the current page’s memory. It does not save them to a company server. A draft opened in your email app is then subject to that app’s storage and deletion settings.
- Motion preferences: the setting lasts for the tab’s browsing session. Browser session-restoration features may restore it; you can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls.
- Ordinary business inquiries: we delete these emails from our mailbox within 12 months after the conversation closes. A conversation closes when the inquiry has been resolved and no further action is pending.
- Records needed for other purposes: correspondence needed for a contract, tax or other legal obligation, or a dispute may be kept longer. Retention depends on the obligation or claim involved; we remove these records when that need ends.
- Provider records: hosting logs, provider security records, and residual backups follow the relevant provider’s retention processes. The 12-month inquiry policy does not set their independent retention periods or delete copies in your own email account.
Children’s privacy
This informational business website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Questions and privacy requests
For a question about this website or a request concerning correspondence you have sent to the company, email support@velocityflowautomations.com.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us. Depending on the law that applies to you and the information involved, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a privacy regulator.
Include the address you used to contact us and enough context to locate the conversation. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request. Please do not send identity documents in an initial request. We will handle requests under applicable law and explain if a legal obligation prevents us from fulfilling part of a request.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our website practices change and show the new effective date above. For material changes, we will also place a clear notice on the website and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
